Refund policy
At Nut Ruck®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Non-returnable items: Gift cards, sale items, and custom orders cannot be returned.
2. Refunds Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Partial refunds: Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
3. Exchanges Defective or damaged items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@nut-ruck.com with your order number and details of the issue.
4. Return Shipping Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Prepaid label: For your convenience, we offer a prepaid return shipping label upon request. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Refund Process Initiate a return: To initiate a return, please contact support@nut-ruck.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Shipping address: Returns should be sent to PO Box 385 San Antonio, FL 33576.
6. Late or Missing Refunds Check your account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Contact your bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Further assistance: If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nut-ruck.com
7. Sale Items Refunds on sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale & Pre-Order items cannot be refunded.
8. International Returns Customs fees: If you are shipping an item internationally, be aware that customs fees and additional charges may apply. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.
